"<p>The experience was great. They were in and out and it was fixed in one day. The system has a 10-year warranty on it, but I put in that for the first year the labor and everything was covered. It was positive and is a family-owned company. They treat everything like it is their own house, I felt. They cleaned up after themselves after the install, so it was really nice. They also put in a humidifier and the best thermostat. The quality has been great; our utility bills have dropped $30-$40 monthly. They were quick and were in there giving an estimate and then the next day doing the install. </p>"
