They even offered to do some "hard-to-reach cleaning" for me while they had their ladders and scaffolding up. Before leaving, everyone made sure what they did met our expectations (which it did). The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is because the job took longer than originally estimated. Although, they admitted there was a lot more work (fixing drywall) than they originally thought. They removed old wallpaper and we decided to put one wall as an accent wall with wallpaper and also needed 4 rooms painted. They were great at both painting and the wallpaper installation, very clean, and made sure everything was covered before starting any of it. Todd even went around and caulked all the cracks he had seen before painting, which was such a wonderful surprise.
