Firs thing after arriving (3 people when I specifically asked her not to send 3) Clarisa calls and asks if I can pay $400 instead of $300 (already so much for 1800 feet). Minutes later, I hear something crash and break. Momentos of my late Dad. Irreplaceable. Next, I go into the kitchen and ice maker is spitting ice onto the floor. Couldnâ t stop it. They deny it was them. Seriously? Was it my cat?? Hours trying to fix. No idea how much it will cost. Hours and hours trying to get Clarisa off my back (insisting that I pay before she fix the damage). She harassed me via text, email and phone. She told me she would come with the cops to collect payment. I told her to bring the cops and the 6:00 news! Oh! And they left one floor of the house untouched! She said we didnâ t discuss it. I hired her to â clean the houseâ . She knew it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. But she says the thought it was all one floor. Seriously? Where in NYC does someone have all that on 1 floor? Oh (again)! Sorry, thereâ s just so much itâ s hard to remember it all. At least one of them wasnâ t wearing a mask! I spent 11 weeks in isolation during COVID just to have some fool come in here and expose me to who knows what? Itâ s illegal and unbelievably immoral. Itâ s 36 hours later and Iâ m still finding things that were unplugged, turned off and otherwise messed up. She has been trying to convince me that it was a great cleaning with just a couple of minor issues. IT WAS HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH â AND BEYOND! THIS WOMAN WONâ T STOP! The job was terrible, the people were terrible (so nasty and uncooperative) customer service is terrible. Not only is their blurb not true, but no one there could have written it. Avoid this company like the plague."
