Customers say: Terrific value

"Very useful for a small remodeling project. Larger contractors weren't interested in a small remodel project. Al's Exterior Design was able to provide the labor necessary to complete an interior demolition and install new kitchen with different utility locations all rearranged and completed in a timely manner. Only mishap occurred when kitchen cabinet installer did not properly install cabinets to drawing specs. Correction was made immediately with no delay to project."

"Very pleased with the service. The owner, Chris, went out of his way to answer all of my inquiries with detailed explanations and suggestions. He also made sure, every step of the way, that the job was done to my satisfaction. And it was! Punctual. Professional. Office staff were courteous and efficient. Alex, who prepared proposals for all of the work, was professional and efficient. He also had an uncanny eye for detail, and picked out some things that my contractor had missed. So glad I had Sir Grout do this work to preserve my new ceramic floors and shower, and to provide some much needed restoration to two older showers that were showing some serious wear and tear. Excellent, competitive pricing. This company aims to please. I strongly recommend Sir Grout of Manasquan."

"Bruce and his team were incredibly professional and through with the work. They went above and beyond our needs. Not only did we have them install laminate wood flooring throughout our main level, we also had them install drainage and landscape our back yard and install a concrete patio. We also had them fix our front hose spigot and repair a broken pipe, and repair the gas line for our fireplace. The work was beautifully done all around. They are perfectionists in their trade and did more than we asked. Kisdir Group stands by their work and returned to make adjustments after our inspection, all minor cosmetic adjustments and they were happy to complete the task to their high standard. Bruce is a straight shooter. There are no hidden fees. No loopholes. He tells you what he is going to do and does it. I never had to worry, nor did I have to babysit them during their work. They completed their work on time and on budget. In addition Bruce and his team have become friends of ours. Just great guys who love what they do and care about their work. It shows in their professionalism. I have had many handymen and contractors in our house over our 16 years living here and all of them either over charged or left a job not done properly. Bruce and his team were top of the line and set a new standard. So good was their work that our neighbors saw the results in our back yard and immediately asked them for a card to contact them at a later date, and I hope they do. They will be our go to team for as long as we live here and I refer them to anybody and everybody who needs work done. You are foolish if you choose anybody else to work on your home inside or out. We can't thank them enough."

"We hired No Worries to repair our paver patio which was torn up due to upper deck construction and was in disrepair otherwise (loose edge pieces & sinking block pavers in some spots). Justin was extremely responsive to calls and texts. He gave us ideas of how to fix the patio pavers and provided a detailed estimate. He got the job done quickly and was even able to accommodate a last minute change to our plan which required more work. We will be calling him again for sure!!!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Sea Isle City, NJ

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
