I made repeated efforts through text, email, and phone calls to resolve payment after my Christmas lights were left only partially installed. I tried to remain reasonable even after their installation damaged my stucco with hot glue, and later learned from my builder?s warranty roofing contractor that walking along the roof ridges during installation broke several shingles, resulting in nearly $2,000 in repairs. Despite this, they denied responsibility and offered no assistance or adjustment to offset the damage. I was still willing to move forward in good faith and pay once I received confirmation that the lights would be properly removed. Unfortunately, communication stopped entirely, and the issue remains unresolved. This situation has been disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism."
