"I called Sonart construction to give me a bid remodeling a kitchen. "We had hired Haven Hub to complete some work in our front and back yard earlier this year. Per our HOA, we had to come up with a plan and get it approved by our HOA which took a while. However, Haven Hub essentially bailed on us after the plans were approved with NO COMMUNICATION to us, despite us having a contract with them. It's one thing to not want to work with a nitpicky HOA, but DO NOT LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HIGH AND DRY!!! If you are no longer able to satisfy the terms of the contract, SAY SO!"
