We stayed the course because we had committed to Foxtales, expecting the same professional commitment in return. Two days before the scheduled start, I reached out to confirm the timeline. Instead of a straightforward response, I received a confusing ?word salad? citing weather, scheduling, and equipment issues as reasons they could not do our job. If I hadn?t reached out, it?s unclear whether we would have been notified at all?likely a no-show. Their lack of communication and last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress and delays. Lesson learned: Don?t rely on their word or schedule. There are plenty of other contractors who are professional, reliable, and communicative?avoid this company if you want your project completed on time."

"We worked with EverFence to install a new fence along the alley way and driveway entrance. Both have gates. Working with EverFence and specifically with James Snowden has been great. James is super responsive and took care of all changes we had along the way. James is great at following up on everything related to the project and guided the entire construction process from start to finish. Prices are very good compared to other quotes I received. The final fence is great quality work, took one day to put it up. Fence is solid and straight, the doors close well with nice hardware. Both fences were on metal posts, the backyard posts have a cedar cover box. Overall a fantastic job well done. "

"First, I would like to say I do not enjoy writing bad reviews and would not be here if Danny had addressed our concerns. After our fence was installed and I paid Danny in total, I realized immediately after his departure that the steel gate was not installed to our expectations. We had communicated that we wanted a back steel gate, and Danny brought a stainless steel material that we had welded sloppily to the black steel frame. Upon his departure, I called and sent him a picture. Danny said he would be back that Friday to finish the job. However, he did not come. I called again, and he said he would return on Monday but did not show up again. On Tuesday, we got some rain, and the ground shifted. Because Danny did not install the gate properly with a gap to allow for the shifting of the clay soil, the gate no longer functions (see video). I called Danny every day for about two weeks, and the call just went to voicemail every time. Furthermore, while working with Danny and his son, we ran into other issues that I will not elaborate on. However, I will say that they were not forthright nor very honest in handling those problems. I have worked with many contractors and done many renovations, and never have I experienced someone who has been so unresponsive and irresponsible. I would rather pay more for professional people handling their business."

"If you’re looking for a company with great quality and great service, I highly recommend Cisco Fencing. Francisco helped me with my dream backyard. I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them.
