The only reason this is not a 5-star rating is because he said he would be back to install a new ice maker between 9 and noon the day after the initial service call and assessment of the problem. In the late morning he had not arrived or called, so I called him and he apologized for running late and stated that he would arrive by 1:00, which he did. Our only complaint is that we waited all morning for his arrival and I had to call him to find out if/when he was actually going to arrive. Otherwise, very competent service and reasonable pricing and I would use him again."
