He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. "This is a very bad place to do business. Yes they give free estimates that are outrageous and they are very intimidating and high pressure. They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."

"Brazos Valley is one of the most customer oriented companies I have used. I came home Thursday night with no AC. I looked up there phone on the web and discovered that at 10 pm at night I could chat with someone and let them know of my problem. I was called first thing in the morning and an appointment scheduled for their supervising Tech to come out. It turns out that the AC system was not at fault, but rather a bad electrical breaker that was bad on one half. The Tech could have told me to call an electrician,however he replaced the breaker and had the system up in short order. This is typical of they way that they work. They are extremely well trained, highly knowledgeable of all the equipment and go out of their way to please the customer. I highly recommend Brazos Valley Services"

They texted me when I called immediately to let me know they were with a customer and would call right back and called be back within 5 mins. Even with the weather event they were able to fix my system and get me back up and running!! Parker was so patient and amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me! He also was willing to troubleshoot before just saying things needed to be replaced or the whole system needed to be replaced. They did exactly what was needed and got me fixed right away!!
