"Derek’s crew installed a low voltage electric gate across our driveway with code pads. They did a great job, clean and tidy, and just what we wanted. We are very pleased. "

"Even before I got to the property, the Escobar guys arrived, had dug out the line, and diagnosed the problem. Very quickly, they replaced the broken part, and my rental house was back online. They performed incredibly fast work and were professional the entire time."

"A great experience overall, from the estimate stage and on through the installation and cleanup stage. Estimate appointment was setup quickly and conducted in-person. At that stage, they offered useful options and recommendations. The price was reasonable. The installation was scheduled with little wait and was conducted skillfully and efficiently, with good clean-up at completion. The fence is solid and looks great. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

Each time we encountered a small problem of any kind, they came out immediately to fix it. We are so pleased with their work and professionalize, we would recommend them to anyone. Total initial cost was a little over $5000.00. <br />"

"Landsystems provided us with 4 City Baskets in the flowers and colors requested. We found out that an extra basket was prepared for us when we checked on the order in early June to let them know we'd be out of town for two weeks and requested a later delivery date. We had ordered 4 in the past, so decided to just accept the extra one for this year. <br /> When they were delivered, one of the city baskets had dead flowers in the middle. All the blue lobelia were dead. We were advised that if we watered them, they would "come back." That didn't happen. I stopped by for some other products for my yard and informed them that they hadn't "come back" after watering for two weeks. I was advised to remove the dead lobelia and install new ones. They gave me two free new lobelia that were not in the best condition. After looking closely at the dead lobelia in this city box, I concluded that it would be damaging to the other flowers to remove the dead ones and try to plant new ones. So I put the lobelia somewhere else in my garden. <br /> Next year we'll again order City Boxes, but will limit it to 2 boxes only. They are mostly knowledgeable about horticulture and care of plants, but with some omissions here and there. They are always busy, but professional and courteous. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Seaside, OR

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
