Over these years as an employee of other construction companies and being self employed, I have mastered all of the trades that are involved in residential remodeling and perform all of the work myself. I will present a firm bid in a contract, including sales tax and payment schedule. Attached to the contract is a very detailed Work Specifications list that specifies every detail of the work I am bidding on. I am listed with Washington State as a certified Lead Paint Renovator and certified in Wedi tile substrate installation. He installed wood trim around three windows and a sliding door, caulked and covered all nails and now it's ready for paint. It was a pleasure to work with this contractor, and I would definitely use them again. He cleaned and vacuumed up all areas where work was done, including outside where he set up a canopy to prepare all needed materials, despite the rain and cold weather. FIVE STARS for quality workmanship, friendliness, efficiency, punctuality, and most of all, good pricing. I highly recommend!!"
