"I canâ t say enough good things about All New Again. We had two properties both hit by water damage near the beginning of 2024. All new again helped clean the water out when it was rushing into our home, moved all our stuff out, did complete remediation, documentation, and rebuild to our specifications. The documentation was especially important because our homeowners insurance did not want to pay. Documentation All New Again created was instrumental in proving the loss to insurance, and saved us from several pitfalls which would have resulted in us having to pay entirely out of pocket had we gone with a remediation provider that was less full-service. Amir, Vas, Alex, Vlad and Igor were our rebuilding team, and they did a great job returning our Bothell house to its exact original condition, as well as building our Kenmore house back to our specifications. We were presented with clear options, pricing, and the end result was fantastic. Johnny, Ryan, and Noah worked on our remediation. This was handled with care and attention to detail that held on to the value of our house and completely out-classed the thinking of our insurance inspectors, who seemed wholly uninterested in helping. Johnny even walked our insurance adjusters through the property to explain to them what happened. The remediation team produced much of the documentation that we are now relying on in negotiation with our insurance. Orfa and Nora Packed and moved all our stuff out, and then back in at the end. We didnâ t have to unpack or pack any boxes at all! Our stuff just was where it was before, it was like magic. John and Gary both helped us understand what next steps looked like when insurance pushed back and refused to pay. Though All New Again could not be our lawyers or advise us directly, they did educate us so that we were prepared to advocate for ourselves and hire lawyers when that became necessary. John and Garyâ s combination of experience and connections were invaluable to our process with insurance."

"They inspected the damage as soon as plumber confirmed the reason, checked extent of the damage, demolished the spoilt cabinets and set up dryer machines by securing the area. Their team visited daily to check progress if drying. Albert was also visiting regularly to inspect work done by his team. Worked with the insurance inspector to resolve issues. Highly recommended. Very friendly team as well. "

"Paul Davis of the Olympic Peninsula was AWFUL!!! Our project manager would never call us back. Once it took 3 weeks and multiple messages to finally get in contact with her. There appeared to be absolutely no communication between Paul Davis and their contractors. Not one showed up knowing what needed to be completed. Jobs the insurance company paid for were never completed. Our project manager never arranged to have our appliances moved for the hardwood company resulting in lines around our appliances. The Hardwood company left corners missed, cracks in boards and ruined the bottom of my oven. They also sealed the fridge to the floor. We had to use a prybar to pry it from the floor. The contractor laying the bathroom floor damaged our walls a ceiling. That had to be fixed by us. Both toilets leaked after the contractors left. Paul Davis fixed one and I had to fix the other. It took a month for Paul Davis to send a plumber out to fix a job messed up by one of their contractors"
