"Their team (of very many people) showed up promptly on the scheduled date and cut down several large trees throughout the property. They were very fast and efficient, and the general contractor on the job added a few more small requests (remove some stumps) that I asked for on the spot with no questions asked. Rain showed up by mid-day, but apparently they worked right through it until the trees were down. They informed me that day they would have to come back 2 days later to remove some of the large logs, which I was fine with. They did come back and take care of the logs on time as promised. Overall, good experience. <br /> <br />I would like to point out a few slight negatives (nothing major) that came with the service. First of all they will tear up your lawn where the trucks enter. I knew this going in, so I wasn't too surprised at the result. We will have to completely re-do all of the grass in that area. Second, there are small sticks everywhere on the ground where they cut the big trees down. We had to rake a lot before we used our lawnmower in that area. They took out one of our outdoor light poles by accident, a large log bent the aluminum frame to the point of no return.general contractor informed me of this immediately and apologized. They also left a very large branch in one of our palm trees. We are currently speaking with them to get this resolved (as the branch is 50 feet up). Finally, we already have noticed a lot of ripe coconuts missing from the coconut trees - we're guessing the workers wanted some juice from them as we found a few laying on the ground sawed open. In fairness, they did ask us if they could have some, but only after they had knocked them all down (with a few missing as we saw). <br /> <br />Overall, I would use them again. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I live in a park so if you sign on the sheet, they give you a perimeter of spraying and of the dry stuff for $20 so he comes down the road and he does it on my street, he does about 20 of them with one shot and then he goes over to the next street and does another 20 and he gets $20 from all of us. He does it in one or two days. He put a little stick out front that says we can't put animals in the yard. I thought it was okay. They do it around four times a year. They did what they were supposed to do. Our whole neighborhood has been using them for the last two to three years."
