They were very nice and checked that everything was working as it should before they left. They also gave me time to figure out how high I wanted to position the curtains and how to support the curtain rod without going into my tin ceiling. They were considerate about a lot of pesky details. If you live in an older apartment get someone like Anthony who understands the older historic installations and fixtures because I had another plumber before who did not and gave up. There is no substitute for experience! "
