Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"I wouldn't have believed how easy it would be to get a new roof until Chris showed me how. He really earns his business. Everything went very well.
Chris demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in helping my wife and me choose the best possible roof at the best possible price. He was thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each choice, and in the end he guided us toward what I think was the best choice for us, a metal roof. I thought this type of roof would be a whole lot more expensive than a regular shingle roof, but the difference wasn't too bad.
Chris is well-informed, convincing, and helpful in the extreme. He has a talented crew who performed excellent work. Chris also kept them working hard for an efficient installation. It did take a little longer than I had hoped to begin the work, but this was largely due to an extremely wet and rainy July. Otherwise, everything was extremely timely and professional. "My wife and I met with several different vendors after our frustration over the last couple of years with our electric bill and recognizing the value of replacing our windows. This company was not only the most affordable, but offered us a better quality window, and with perfect service. They were faster than we had originally agreed, and went out of their way to protect our home inside and out. I never fill out these kind of reviews, but they were so terrific that I felt compelled to do so. I highly recommend baseline if you have any window repair or replacement needs."

"The initial visit was thorough and explained all problems. Two different estimates were emailed to us, one for the bracing and one for possible pier placement in one corner. We emailed the contract for the braces and within days, measurements were taken. The next week, a crew of three bolted the braces in place and caulked the stress cracks. All of our questions were answered completely and in language we could understand. The workers were efficient, friendly and helpful. They moved two large shelving units away from the wall and then returned them to their original positions. They also moved some other heavy items we could not move by ourselves and replaced them. We are extremely pleased with the work and the price was reasonable (they were here all day). If placing piers is necessary, they will definitely be the people we call to do the work. They even gave us some tubes of brick pointing material to use on the outside of the house where water had worn away the mortar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
