"Sam's hauling is the epitome of a professional service provider, and is truly a welcome change from most other contractor's that I've used. When I called to order, I spoke directly to someone that could help me (no touch-tone menus), and I was set up with a dumpster. They delivered on time and placed the dumpster exactly where I had told them over the phone. This was the second time that I've used Sam's hauling, so they gave me a discount, which was a nice tough. Also, when I needed the dumpster for a few extra days, they let me have it for 3 more, free of charge. The dumpsters are clean (or as clean as dumpsters can be expected to be). I wish they had larger containers (the 16 yard dumpster that I ordered wasn't even on their website), but they are about half the cost of bigger (ie 30 yard) dumpsters from other companies, so it works out OK.  <br /> I am very pleased with Sam's and I will use them again the next time I need a rollaway. <br />"

"It took several emails to get a response. I gave several days which would be convenient to me for pickup, but then received an abrupt response stating that they were available that afternoon or the next day. I had to rush to get the stuff out of my garage into the driveway. Pickup was prompt but then I immediately received an email stating that I owed more money despite the fact that I had purchased an Angie's list deal. I didn't think the total cost was unfair, but the whole thing is deceptive. I will never purchase a 'deal' again as they usually don't even cover the average service. They downsize the service and then downsize the price to make you think you are getting a bargain. You are not. Stay away. Bad for the customers and the businesses."
