"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. "I just moved into my home and I noticed a moldy smell in my master bath. Plus I wanted to get all my air conditioner vents cleaned. As usual, I research Angie's List and called Gesundheit Air Services for an inspection and estimate. Manfred responded immediately, inspected the entire house and assured me he found no mold problem. His price for the vent cleaning was reasonable so we scheduled a cleaning within a few days. It went beautifully. The tech covered all the vents, cleaned them and even suggested replacing the filter. I know we're suppose to change the filter every 6 months and for me it's such a hassle 1) to remember to do it and 2) to have to run down to the hardware store and buy a new one, so I agreed. He had one that had a lifetime warranty. All I have to do is rinse it out. The filter was little pricey but worth eliminating my time, gas and effort having to buy a new one twice a year. <br /> All in all, my experience with Gesundheit was triple A. "The Arrowseal team was amazing!  We set up an appointment for an assessment.  At that time, Bryce - the field manager, spelled out all of the possible costs, depending on what he might find.  I loved that!  No hidden agendas!! <br /> We discovered that there were many problems, especially because our home is older and not up to code. Again, Bryce explained all of our options and what we would need to do to make it right and to make our home energy efficient! After giving us our quote, we scheduled an appointment for the work which was just a few days later.  Also, we contacted APS to obtain some account information for a rebate that was subtracted from our cost!  <br /> On the day of the scheduled work, the Arrowseal team showed up promptly.  They were polite and professional! They took care of moving furniture and covering up furniture. As mentioned, we knew that there were problems but as the team began working, more issues surfaced. Bryce and his team clearly communicated those problems and showed them to us. The  previous owners of our home had done some pretty scetchy stuff!!  The team worked all day and returned the next day as well.  We were told upfront of additional costs.  For example, in our laundry room, the ducting was so badly damaged from remodeling work (from the previous owners), the team had to cut holes in our ceiling in order to repair the duct system. By the time they were done, including replacing sheet rock and painting, it looked perfect!!  <br /> During the assessment, we also asked Bryce to look over the venting on our dryer.  The previous owners put together a 'make shift' venting system that was pretty flimsy.  So, we scheduled another day with Arrowseal to redo the entire dryer system. Again, the cost was explained upfront. Again, they did a great job!!  We are now safe!!   <br /> When the Arrowseal team arrived , our degree of leakage was 907 CFM - the equivalent to a 172 square inch hole!!  Now the degree of leakage is 14 CFM - equivalent to a 3 square in hole!!  This is a 99% reduction in duct leakage!!  And our heating and cooling capacity improvement for duct sealing is 43%!!!!  Our energy bills are going down!!! <br /> We can feel the difference- the house heats up faster!  We can see the difference  - no dust in our house!!.  And, we can breathe the difference-  fewer allergies!! <br /> Thank you Arrowseal!  We highly recommend you!!  And we will have you back for our yearly dryer cleaning!!  <br /> <br />"

"I called Master. Mechanical because a contractor had not finished a furnace job after a 7 month period and left me high and dry without heat for the Flagstaff winter. John went ahead and put me at the top of the queue because his other customers had a furnace but just wanted a replacement. He came in with his crew, supervised and stayed for the trickiest parts. He also inspected the previous guy's work, which the ducting work was very good (although the previous guy had a second guy come in who cut the ducting crooked. They put a high efficiency furnace in. This was my second home which I kept at 55 degrees when I wasn't there, and 72 when I was. No bill exceeded $55 for the winter. I had heat and was snug as a bug within 30 hours of contacting John. Very pleased. <br />"

"They did a great job with the cleaning and found some minor issues with the chimney, which we wanted fixed, and they gave us a very reasonable quote. But we never heard back! We?ve called on and off for the past 2 years and there has never been an answer. The website also no longer works. I?m pretty sure they are no longer in business, which is a shame. I would have been happy to give them our business. <br />"

"Robert from Bob's Tree Service came out to give us an estimate for fire protection tree removal. He actually advised us to trim some trees near the house rather than remove them, thus saving us money. He also advised us on tree care and maintenance. He was both personable and knowledgeable. His crew was equally professional and thorough in their work and cleaned up completely after they were finished trimming. We will have them come back in the late fall to do some more extensive pruning of several trees."
