Example: You have 3 rooms and live 10 miles outside town [3rooms x $33.00 = $99.00 + $10.00 = $109.00] Plumbing and any construction is case by case I was born in the Valley. I've been back since MAY working on transfering my General Contractor Credentials to california. Just completed the PLUMBING LICSENCE IN MY BROTHERS NAME. RSMITH PLUMBING same number. I currently clean many homes/apartment weekly and 90%+ of all Motel rooms in the Imperial Valley (Over 1000 rms.) MY equipment is better than most other on the market. I have a full size van with a Honda powered mounted Steam Cleaner that provides constant 230 degrees from the hose which allows the super heated water to flash into steam giving superior results without satuating you carpet.
