"Our garage floor was left a mess by the previous owners.. There were stains in the concrete. The paint left Was chipped and it was just a mess. Royal Hues came out and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done. Basically, they were starting over from the concrete. It took about a week, but the floor turned out really really nice. We can now walk from our garage into the house without taking our shoes off. Several of our neighbors have stopped to look at the floor and have nothing but good comments. If you have a floor that needs work I suggest that you call Royal Hues. They did a great job and I recommend them."

We were impressed and planned to hire him regardless, but after waiting two weeks for his quote, we instead received an e-mail stating that he was not going to be able to do the job, despite the fact that we were months out. We asked why he was not going to quote the project and even asked if there was anything particular about the scope of work that he was concerned about, but he would not response. Courtesy would have dictated a phone call, but it seems everyone hides behind e-mails or text messages. So much for customer service."
