"I dealt exclusively with Great Built's owner, Neely Willeford, who was extremely polite and straight forward.  His crew spent two full days (~12 hours each day) in almost 100 degree days replacing my roof and yet they always seemed to be working.  Everything Mr. Willeford said was going to happen did happen.  The crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards to the point where its almost impossible to tell they were there.  Well, except for my new roof which looks great.  I'm the original owner of the home and so I knew some of the less than optimal ways the old roof was installed.  In the little bit of inspecting I have done, the new roof looks so much better installed.  Great Built even fixed a rotten patch in the roof they found near the chimney at no extra charge.  Every other roofer I got estimates from always had a list of things that if they found it would cost extra so I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't happen with Great Built.  I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

"When Angie's List coupon was purchased, the roof repair folks were in the process of moving office locations. Then, I went out of town for a few days, so it took a couple of weeks before we were able to get connected. Once we did, they were able to schedule us within a week. The roof repairman showed up on time and was kind and professional. He quickly assessed the potential leak sites, caulking several vents and recommended replacing a couple of others that he explained were very common to replace. He had replacements in his van and installed them quickly for an additional $100, which was reasonable. I was impressed by his level of knowledge, preparedness, and expertise. Since I'm writing this review two months from having the work done, I am pleased to report there have not been any leaks in my roof, even after a very heavy rain a couple of weeks ago (around 3 inches in one night), that would've certainly leaked, if the repairs were not done properly. I would not hesitate to call these folks, when the need arises, nor recommend them to neighbors and friends.
