I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

We have had our home painted one other time, and C&O did much better prep work to some problem areas including sanding, chalking and using primer. We live in an area with high heat in the summer, and they were very accommodating on scheduling painting during early morning to avoid high temps.
