"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. "Ed Marino of Emerald Concrete Llc, came out for free estimate in 2 days after first contact, measured, discussed the sizing, number of steps, and type of finish for the deteriorating existing porch and steps to the front door that had a wooden ramp installed over it by previous owner that also needed to be removed. He gave me a detailed estimate outlining the project, that fit my budget and time frame for completion. It was completed in 2 days, tear out, leveling and framing, with porch roof braces removed and walkable on 3rd day. He and his crew were professional, friendly diligent workers that kept the area tidy while working and immaculatly cleaned up when finished. The finished result is perfect!
