"Mike was great to work with in planning and providing an estimate for the painting work. We scheduled several weeks into the future and the crew arrived exactly on time as scheduled. The three workers were very neat, respectful, skilled, clean and very professional. Floors were carefully covered and no paint was dripped or splashed anywhere. All questions were satisfactorily answered by the crew as the work progressed. When done, everything in the house looked perfect. Finished the job in three days. This is my third painting with this company. They have done both inside and outside painting for me and I am very satisfied with all aspects of their work."

They painted our 1,000+ sq. ft. in-law suite, including all the doors and windows, plus our entire main home and stairs. "Fabiano and his team were great. They were very understanding about our anxious rescue dog and let us Introduce them to our dog before they began work. They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. "Ive been using LHI for some time now and they never fail to deliver high quality projects. With their help, I have flipped several houses now. This last one located in Wayne, they have gutted fully for me. They installed and finished off all the drywall, remodelled a kitchen and two bathrooms and painted. The only other company i had to call was for the roof and siding making the process and collaboration on this projext a breeze. "They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"We contacted Comfort Basements as a starting point in our research on foundation repair and basement waterproofing, toward a grander plan of adding on to our home. Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.
While we're not working with Jesse and Comfort Basement at the moment, he will be at the top of our list when the time does come! Big thanks to him. Highly recommend!
