"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."

It was a fair price and I hired him. He told me he would be at my house at 6:30am on Wednesday, two days later!! He showed up on time, went right to work and completed the patio promptly. "Contacted Blake by phone and he came by the next day as promised to review our project. Blake was very nice and helpful with recommendations. Blake gave us a ballpark number for the work and followed up with an official email quote as promised in two days. Josh came and started work on the day promised (Josh built the form for the patio by himself in one day!!) and he is absolutely the hardest working person I have ever seen in my 58 years (including myself). Josh suggested a cantilever edge design that turned out to be very, very nice and unique. The next day the whole crew (4 people) came and poured the concrete. The work was done in a very professional manner and was very clean no splatter everywhere as all the other concrete jobs I have witnessed. On the third and final day Josh and William came and removed the form boards, scored the surface, applied the sealer, cleaned the work area and completely returned it to the original condition .
