He replaced the skirting on our double-wide and, besides making the skirting look better than the house, he made two very nice-looking little doors to allow us to access under our house. "The owner, Tatyana, came to see the job, she was friendly and professional and gave a very reasonable bid for replacing the panes and the balancers, and for outside washing of all our windows, which we agreed on. She came later with a contract to sign, and I paid half of the contract. After the glass arrived, she came and installed it. She was very quick and competent, and it all looked great when she was done. We were very pleased and would recommend them."

Everything went well, except the painting portion. 

The drywall, removal and install and the mud portion was excellent quality and service

The window removal and install was excellent quality

The painting preps and quality standards of hiding the nails and caulking was not up to where it should have been. It took two trips to have the painter complete the project where it needed to be.

Otherwise would recommend this company they are punctual, professional and do quality work and ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job.
