I came home and there were still a lot of cut up logs left, which they had stacked on the neighbor's yard The extra did not complete the job and they left leaving logs that I then had to pay someone else to come and remove."

Although tree work requires heavy equipment and can lead to lawn damage, Steve tries to reduce that by using a Toro Dingo lift that uses a track drive system instead of wheels. That reduces damage to your lawn, but cannot eliminate it, especially under wet conditions, so be prepared. That is something that will be the case for whoever you choose.
