"We recently had Chesapeake Thermal come out to replace 12 windows and 2 patio doors (as well as cap a bay window.) Matt, Nancy, and John were super easy to work with to get a quote on the replacement of our original 30 yr windows. The turnaround time between initial deposit and installation was ~11 weeks; a timeframe likely impacted by the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable. We were really impressed from start to end, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

They even did the house wash when I wasn’t home, so no need to take off work or schedule a time “window”. "I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. "Mr. TK Kim promptly and readily responded with every inquiry of mine. Mr. John Lee, project manager, came out on the same day I requested a quote, did thorough inspections, and answered all of my questions. I received their estimates a few days later, which were very reasonable. Mr. Kim scheduled his crew to come out and do the job a few days later. The crew showed up as scheduled, installed gutters, gutter screens, and dropouts on the entire house, replaced a rotted fascia board, and install aluminum capping on the new fascia board in about an hour and half. Although there was a misunderstanding on both sides about the scope of work, Mr Kim was understanding and reasonable and offered me additional discounts. It was a pleasure to work with them. I'll definitely hire them again for the future projects."

"It couldn't have gone better. Mr. Taylor contacted me, as soon as I submitted my job request. We agreed on a date and time. Mr. Taylor arrived on time and explained what would be involved in installing the recessed lighting. What a fantastic job!! I decided to include my kitchen at the last minute and Mr. Taylor agreed, even though it required him to make a special trip to Home Depot. I could not be happier with the job. I would recommend recessed lighting (Love, Love, Love these lights) and Mr. Taylor any time. He will be my go to electrical guy from now on."

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."
