Most notable is that there had been a miscommunication on a part of the project and I expected the typical contractor pushback. Instead, I was contacted within 30 minutes of my call and they committed to take care of the situation without the typical pointing of fingers attempting to hold the customer accountable. Having build five new homes previously, I have dealt with my share of landscapers. This is clearly the most competent and capable company I have ever dealt with.
