"The first time, we were there for the package deal. They said we needed brake work. After the brake work, our rear brakes began squeeking terribly. They also started making a grinding sound, especially on an incline. We had just paid them hundreds of dollars to work on the brakes.
When we took it back in (3 months later) for an oil change, we had them fix the brakes. They did, but it was NOT timely. Our car sat there all day and no one called us. When we called the next day, they said "Oh yeah, it was ready yesterday. Did no one call you?".
We don't feel like their service is worth the drive to West Knoxville for us.

I had patio cleaned and a few extra cleaning projects and everything was cleaned nice and looks great. They also sealed my patio with one coat of seal to keep it nice. Yes, I would recommend this company."
