Then came back to cement the cracks in the pavers and return half the yard back to green grass. They worked hard and were diligent in very thing they did. The yard looks great. I had a limited budget. Sean gave me quality work while staying within my budget, which was very important to me. This was a quick fix for a 4 year long problem. He also gave me tips on how to control the weeds in the grass areas, what to plant in my new beds and said he would follow up with me in a couple of weeks. "The first time, we were there for the package deal. They said we needed brake work. After the brake work, our rear brakes began squeeking terribly. They also started making a grinding sound, especially on an incline. We had just paid them hundreds of dollars to work on the brakes.
When we took it back in (3 months later) for an oil change, we had them fix the brakes. They did, but it was NOT timely. Our car sat there all day and no one called us. When we called the next day, they said "Oh yeah, it was ready yesterday. Did no one call you?".
We don't feel like their service is worth the drive to West Knoxville for us.
