"Rigo is great to work with - definitely knows the ins and outs about drywall but also how to translate his experience to his customers - I am a bit particular about how things are done (mild OCD and a bit of a perfectionist) and he was able to work around my quirks lol. But he was clean, polite, and clearly likes what he does and is not solely out to gouge people for money - he made numerous suggestions and proposed alternatives that would save money / time / effort rather than just maximize his work he could do with us - really couldn’t say anything better about him - you do not find contractors like him often these days. We will continue to use his services as long as he’s willing to make the drive and help us out (we’re about an hour drive for him which also speaks volumes to him and his work ethic etc). Highly recommend if you need quality work at a fair rate."

"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. "I met Rodis and his wife Esmeralda on a Thursday to for an estimate. They were on time, guaged the nature of the work, and gathered details required for an estimate. Esmeralda also helped to give me tips on some finishing touches I can do myself, as well as, helped ensure the paint colors would work in the space. I leaned heavily on Esmeralda's interior design skill to ensure the two paints I chose would work well and she did and absolutely outstanding job reccomending which walls should be painted which color. Rodis provided me a very reasonable estimate by the next day and after providing some work examples, I chose to hire them. We agreed on a date and they showed up on-time, well-prepared, and engaged. Esmeralda paid close attention to detail and even moved my appliances so they could paint behind them - a detail I missed. They were considerate with my furniture, friendly, and did an absolutely outstanding job. Once wrapped up, they cleaned up everything, which was done beyond my expectation, and had me do a walk-through. Renovation Plus went above and beyond on this job and tailored their service to my needs.
