Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. This was a long day for these guys -- finished up at about 6PM but wow I was super impressed. Mr. Lemus is friendly and very accommodating. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem.
