"Very professional, excellent customer service. Was able to repair a recent tile job that was done by someone else who left it a mess. Mel Flooring was able to remove the caulking and replace it with grout and made my tiled areas look fabulous. I would highly recommend Mel Flooring. They were punctual and stay until the project was completed. They even cleaned up both bathrooms. Used plastic to cover up areas for protection was a big deal for me… as that helped keep the dust down and dirt contained."

"We used Bad Dog Flooring to tear up old sub flooring in two bedrooms and to install new sub flooring. They also installed Laminate wood flooring in the two bedrooms. They were very through and professional. Even though I live in Maryland and the install happened during the time of Hurricane Florence, they kept me informed about the adjustments that had to be made. We loved them and the quality of work they performed. We will use them again. They are a winning team."

"My contractor was Deep Rooted Flooring and our contact was Christian. We were contacted by him and discussed replacing a floor around the commode in the bathroom. I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. He was at the job site at the time he said and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable About flooring and the type that should be used. He was cordial and answered all of our questions. We were very satisfied with the job as completed, in fact They did a couple of additional items we did not expect. I would recommend him for any flooring work and give him your highest rating. Tommy Combs"

"EXCELLENT installation of the baseboard molding."

"I saw his name on line My wife and I live out of town. I contacted Dillon ,we talked. I hired him without really knowing how his work was. Have him a key to the house we had purchased. He and his workers came in and sanded the floors. Cleaned up what mess they had made and put furniture back. It was 2 months latter when I came back down to Shallotte and saw the floors. They were beautiful. Everything he said they would do was done. Beautiful job and not even knowing him or his work except what reviews were on line. He did excellent work and really no mess for me to take care of when I was back down in early October. Very trustworthy. I really can't say to much about his work without taking up 2 pages of space. I would recommend him anytime."
