"I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"

"Mike and his team did a huge project for me and basically turned a dust-bowl of a backyard into a beautifully hardscaped courtyard and private space. They removed all the old plantings and dirt and disposed of everything. This alone was a major project. They then layed down ~800 sq ft of Cambidgestone pavers and did an exceptional job considering it was laid on top of my septic system and they had to accommodate for the 4 access covers to the septic tanks and leaching field. They added 4 larger sized tiles that matched flawlessly to the pavers and essentially disappeared into the pattern. They also did a stucco finish to my concrete block foundation, installed cobblestones around all the planters and completed the outdoor shower area. On top of that, all his guys were super polite and hard working and couldn't have been nicer to work with. They did amazing work and we couldn't be happier with the results. The price was fair and competitive."

"Jerome was an absolute pleasure to work with on my backyard patio and walks. Work started when promised, just a week or so after getting my deposit, and was finished quickly, working under lights until 930 some nights. I made several changes during the course of the job that Jerome was happy to address at no cost or in one case for just an extra $100. I got several other estimates for this work that were either: a) Crazy expensive or b) Couldn't start work for months. I also had repair work on my front brick walk and stair that Jerome threw in at no extra cost to seal the deal. Great experience with Technites."

Deni and team visited our home to evaluate the project, establish measurements and a develop a project estimate/quote. The engagement included replacing a pool retaining wall and installation of porcelain tile decking around the pool... We were so impressed with the Prevail Construction work, that we had Deni and the team return this year for an additional project. This year 2023, Prevail Construction replaced a 26-year-old raised deck with an interlocking paved deck, including a walkway from the deck to our pool area.
