It's too soon to tell how the surface it going to wear with time but if it should require anything, I feel confident that Paul will come out, assess the situation and suggest the best way to take care of it. There are no warranties on cracks, crack repair, wear surfaces or water ponding but that's standard with most contractors. All of the existing cracks were fixed however and even planter areas that had been filled with concrete 12 years prior were prepped and covered with the new finish in the best possible way.
