My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"We had a palm tree fall onto a section of our chain link fence. I contacted the company that installed the fence, and they were totally disinterested in servicing a previous customer. A few other fence contractors I called didn't repair chain link. I found Campanella Fence, Inc. on line, and was extremely satisfied with the service. Sal Campanella, a retired NY police officer, was able to come by our house the same day I called him to give us an estimate. The next day he arrived first thing in the morning and completed the repair where the tree had landed, plus two more spots with damage that had existed previously. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Sal with Campanella Fence."

"Durham & Sons put in my last HVAC system over 12 ears ago and I've had a service contract with them. Recently a $2000 part went and I verified that replacing it was not a good investment given the system's age. They took the time to explain options in detail. As luck would have it, the pandemic and factory issues made finding the desired replacement units a real challenge. But these guys really stepped up to the challenge. Besides temporarily installing 4 window units to hold us over, they were creative and persistent and found what was needed. Their crew did impeccable work taking out the old system and replacing it, really going above & beyond. This is a family owned company with high standards and they can be trusted to steer you right and be 100% professional."

"I've used this company several times over the last 3 years.  They do beautiful work and are extremely nice.  They also have lots of good design ideas.  However, they are very very slow.  I waited months for product and when I (frequently) called they either didn't return my calls or wouldn't confirm a delivery date.  I had to go to their office to get a real answer on 2 seperate occasions.  <br /> <br /> If you use them-discuss the time frame and hold them to it.  Also, be there when they install-there was lack of communication between the ordering and the installation on 2 parts of the job.  The wooden fence would have been put in the wrong place if I hadn't been there to correct them and the metal fence would have been installed incorrectly as well."

They consulted us often about how we wanted things done, plants that needed cutting back etc. The fence looks beautiful and we love the new gates, we added a large gate so that the large ride on lawn mower will fit. Excellent quality and fair price. Also they back up their product, told us to call if we had any concerns in the future. Great job done by a very Professional company!"
