"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"Plumer arrived on time as promised. Was very professional. He was careful not to make a mess. He finished the installation of the new sill c*** quickly checked the unit and it appeared to function as expected. After he departed I connected a timer to this sill c*** and it began to leak. I called the plumbing company and within minutes the plumber was back. He disassembled the unit and found a small piece of manufacturing debris in the seal which caused the leak when the timer was attached. He replaced the damaged parts and the new sill c*** worked fine. No leaks."
