"They didn`t do anything they came out ,they supposed to come next week after the order apart. I never heard back from the guy. I am a hundred dollars down deposit. He claimed that was supposed to be for they was going to wave the diagnostic fee that was for the parts in the service, never came back out. I haven`t heard from him."

"Terrible. $3500 Unit broke after 2 summers. Company gave us paperwork that stated 5 years parts & 5 years service warranty. They also wrote it in sticker on unit. They refused to honor their own writing. They were incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Charged me $175 to come out and look at unit and not be able to diagnose the problem. After that appointment they showed up on my doorstep un announced. No problem selling faulty equipment and they have no remorse."

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "We have used His Workmanship 2 times with completely different experiences. The first could not have gone better! The crew was exceptional—such hard workers! With this in mind we had very high hopes for this recent visit; however, we could not be more disappointed. This crew did not seem to accomplish a whole lot in the 3 hours. Their work was sloppy—they left trimmings all over the porch and bed, and bushes were not cut cleanly (lots of uneven pieces sticking up). They did not even bring any equipment. The most frustrating part however was how things were handled from there. The His Workmanship website states very clearly that ALL email is answered within 24 hours—Eric, the owner, has always been quick to respond in terms of questions about coming out for a job, and yet, when we emailed him (2 times!) asking to discuss this recent less-than-stellar performance he completely ignored us! It’s been 2 weeks and no word whatsoever. This is unacceptable customer service! Sadly, it seems, they only respond when it profits them. If we could have had a simple conversation, the company might have kept our loyalty and business! As it stands we are upset and especially disheartened from this experience—this is NOT a good reflection of HIS workmanship!! We honestly chose this company because they stand apart as an upfront Christian organization. We really love what this is supposed to be based on! The whole premise of the company leads us to believe they have integrity and are a service that stands by its work, is trustworthy, and one that treats its customers fairly. How very disappointing to be treated otherwise. From this experience we would NOT recommend using this company!"

"From working with Mike to the having the install, the process was beyond my expectations. Met the salesperson Mike at the GB home and lifestyle show. Bay Area services was the only vendor that had and would talk price at the show. Within 3 weeks of the initial meeting we had our new AC at the best price. And we shopped around a lot. Mike never tried to sell us something we didn't need and was great to work with. The tech that installed the unit did a great job and didn't leave a mess. Haven't had a chance to really use the unit yet since it's still heating season but was assured once the cooling season starts if there is any issues that they would take care of it. Will probably switch to them for all of our hearing and cooling needs."
