"Excellent, as usual. I've called Race City Roofing several times for minor repairs and recently for a 3 hour job to extend the overhang of shingles over our gutters. Their roofers are experienced, easy to work with, and they always do the job right. On each job, they've taken extra time to fix problems I wasn't aware of. Scheduling a job has never been a problem. They've sent out a roofer within a few days for minor, non-emergency repairs, and recently scheduled a 3 hour job within a 2 week window. It's great having a go-to roofing company that is reliable and reasonably priced, and that does emergency work. I will call them in a few years when we need to replace our roof. I know they will do the job right, for the right price."

"They came in, worked with the insurance company (hail damage) to replace the roof, upgrade the ventilation system and replaced the damaged gutters. They repaired the damaged inside walls. They were able to complete the roof in one day and a partial day for the inside walls. They cleaned up before they left, even using a rolling magnet to get all of the lost nails in the yard. We only had to pay the deductable. I highly recommend them to anyone worried about their roofs."

"Our roof is only a few years old, but the company that installed it has gone out of business.  So when our roof started leaking we looked on Angie's list to find someone who could fix it.  Doug from Lanier roofing called us back and came out to give us an estimate the very same day we initially called. He told us that they have an $850 minimum for jobs so most likely the work would be cheaper than that, but he was still willing to give us an estimate.  He spent time in our attic and outside inspecting the roof.  Told us what he suspected the problem was and that it would be much less than the $850 minimum they require. So although we did not use their services because the job was too small, we were impressed with their customer service and would consider them in the future.  Doug even called us back later to mention one other possibility that might be causing the leak.  We were impressed that he did this even though he knew we wouldn't be using their company this time. <br /> <br />"

"Came at 7:30am with complete crew. <br /> Covered plants with very large tarps for protection and to collect old roofing materials. <br /> Took old shingles and roofing materials off roof, filled up a trailer to haul off old materials. <br /> Began installing new roofing. Crew manager took requests from us on the spot and directed his crew with our special requests. <br /> Job complete and cleaned up by 3:00pm. <br /> Inspection by company manager later that day. "The whole process went extremely smoothly. Alex Sanchez, the owner's son, was the foreman of the large crew. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful of the property. Items were moved out of the range of falling shingles and debris, our new HVAC unit was covered, and large tarps were put down to catch everything. The new roof looks wonderful and I have no doubt of the quality of installation. As a final note, the clean up was excellent. I would even go so far as to say the crew left things better than when they arrived. We would absolutely recommend them to friends and family."
