"Pleased with the work in every way. Completed my handrails quickly even though it was a holiday. Kept me informed throughout and asked for no money up front. Easy to work with. Best known for his commercial work but acted like my little project was the most important work he had ever done. I will have Tom back when I begin my new deck in the Spring. Whether creating or repairing, if it involves welding, Tom is your man."

"I needed a gate added to an existing fence. They were able to get the parts needed and install on the same day I requested the job! I’m impressed with the speed and efficiency of their work."

"Copper works sent someone to assess the situation. He removed the old cap, covered the chimney with a tarp. Copper Works sent me samples and prices so that I could decide my best options. That accomplished, Copper Works sent a team of artisans who set up in my driveway to fabricate my new chimney cap. They had told me that it would take two days, but they were finished in one. The new cap is beautiful, although much larger than the original."

"Al Tuggle and his crew did a fantastic job with fabricating and installing the new aluminum railing system. They took extra care when drilling and installing the mounts to preserve the existing brick stairs and porch with no disruption or cracking. The workmanship is impeccable, and the railing feels sturdy enough to last for 30 years. The pressure coated aluminum looks great, and matches the external shutters exactly. Best part is that it will not rust and will not need painting for many years to come. Al was a pleasure to deal with, was a very straight-forward and no-nonsense guy, and spent ample time explaining the options for railing materials and installation in the existing stairs/porch. I felt his pricing was fair in comparison to other quotes, but afterward definitely feel like I got my money's worth and an improvement that will last and enhance the value of my home."

"They did things a bit backwards at first. They immediately replaced the section of gutter over our garage that had a hole in it with new 5" gutter. The crew left dozens of staples from the old gutters all over my driveway. They then assessed the overall gutter job and said they would not be able to seal them after all, so we had to go with new gutters. They did credit the amount I owed for the gutter they already replaced, as the new gutters would be 6" gutters. After telling them I was unhappy about all the staples left behind previously, the crew was more careful removing all the gutters. Still some staples here and there, but much better. Then another crew came, raced some rotted fascia boards and installed the new gutters. They did a good job with the install. After some heavy rains, my only issue is that the gutter guards they used don't work where water runs heavily down the roof in spots. It goes over them. They should assess that and add diverted where needed."

"I called multiple '24 hours' companies most of whom couldn't come and many who were charging up to $117 just to show up the next day. All Temp Co. was just on a list of available after hour contractors that I called out of desperation. They said they could send somebody out at 22h30 and sure enough they did. They charged $85 (plus tax) and the contractor was there for an hour: he was pretty sure the motor had over heated but by that time it had been switched off all afternoon and cooled down and was working again. He waited as long as he could but it just wouldn't overheat again. He told me to call if it happened again and he made a note of the serial no. etc. The next day the motor did overheat and when I called the company, even though they were fully booked they managed to get the original guy out to my house to confirm and order the part. They were able to install the next day. The total for the installation was about $320. I spoke with David Calloway who was incredibly helpful, and actually brought the motor to my house himself to deliver it to the tech. I've never ever worked with a more professional and reliable company."
