I gave him a date when all work needed to be finished (I was having a family reunion). I paid 50% down and then didn't hear from him. He ended up coming just a few days before my company came. He worked alone and finished it all in the one day, except for 2 plants that were not available. They were put in soon after, except that one of them didn't look like the one in the proposal (all the rest did). I can't speak to the cost because this company was the only one in the area that had the qualities I was looking for. The bottom line is that the quality of product and work was excellent but I felt a bit secondary in his priorities."

"I didn't like it at all. First, the guy did not look professional to me and secondly he did not work for two hours. For the main job that I wanted him to do, he started saying that he needed to break toilet and he was trying to charge me more money which I did not do. They were two people and they did not look professional and they didn't act professional either. I hired another person and he removed the toilet and did what I wanted. He removed the clogging and put it back. I wouldn't call him again. I paid them additionally to change the faucet.
