"Working with Marcello and Madronas Bros was a delight. He was very responsive and was willing to work with us to adjust the scope of work to get the price within our budget. Their estimate was higher than the others we received, but the level of customer service and the professionalism of his team made this the best value by far. <br /> They redug and replaced 100 feet of exterior french drainage system in yard; including perforated pipe and gravel. They removed  the concrete single car garage floor and replaced with perforated piping and gravel, new concrete floor poured. <br /> They replaced some stonework on the front stairs, re-pointed the bricks, repaired the surface of the foundation and installed a 10 x 10 blue stone patio. The results exceeded my expectations. <br /> The crew kept the work site as clean and organized as they could, and Marcello always kept us in the loop as to what was happening and what to expect next.
