Scott was very personal and professional asking great questions which centered on making sure he understood our needs. He provided an on the spot quote which was very reasonable. Scott worked with me on my request that the leaves were dry before he came back to mow, trim and also blow off our extra large circle driveway. He did an excellent job on the front lawn! "I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone. I fall often and really need this fixed otherwise I can see myself as a human kabob."
