He listened to all of the details of the multiple jobs I wanted done and asked appropriate questions about each. <br /> I was concerned as my deck had been stained previously by someone who was not good at staining and had left it looking very spotty and really different colors by their uneven product distribution. He acknowledged the problem and assured me he would do what ever it took to fix it. <br /> He gave me a quote that I felt was reasonable and we set a start date. <br /> The weather was not in our favor and the outside jobs had to get set back multiple times. However, he finished the inside work the next day after hiring and kept me informed of his intentions as the weather permitted (never disappeared). <br /> The work he did was very good the deck looks great. <br />"
