He painted and distressed my kitchen cabinets and I have gotten so many compliments on them! One time he came to do some work when my 15-year-old daughter was home. "10-20-14 we are still in the planning stages of the project. We have picked put the cabinets, floor and walls to be removed etc. Today the electrical contractor will do a walk thru. I expect a quote from Silver Hammer within a week. This will pave the way for financing. The cabinets costs are a little more than I wanted to pay but the quality is there $19, 658.00. The floor material cost is about $2,000.00. We will see if the project will be on time and on budget."

He did not try to sell us a new roof or unnecessary repair work. We scheduled the needed repair work and Edgar came out and performed the repairs as described. He kept us informed of the process and texted us pictures as well. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything when he was done. We were very pleased with the finished product as well as the entire process. Both Daniel and Edgar were on time, very professional and answered all of our questions. "The crew did an excellent job and was able to keep the tree from damaging the property by gradually taking it down in smaller sections. They arrived around 1230 and were done and gone by 4 o clock. Stump was ground out and all debris cleaned up. Total cost was 900 dollars which was in line with the work that needed to be done."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
