"I hired Matt to tile my bathroom and build a shower. Right after the job was finished, the shower leaked into the bathroom below and destroyed the ceiling. After chasing him down several times, I finally got him to come back out. He said he fixed the problem, and for a short while it looked like he had. I even wrote him a positive review at the time, giving him credit for honesty in coming back to make it right. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The shower is leaking again, the ceiling below is once again ruined, and this time Matt is completely unresponsive. It?s clear the issue comes from poor workmanship ? likely the backing beneath the tile was installed incorrectly, allowing water to soak through. What should have been a professional, lasting bathroom renovation has turned into repeated water damage, wasted money, and endless frustration. The fact that I gave Matt the benefit of the doubt once makes this even more disappointing."
