To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. Bill even went to the extent of texting me a picture of the finished product. So pleased with this company and will absolutely recommend them to ANYONE that will listen to me."

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. "Mike came out and I showed him what I needed done: clean the hall carpets of 2 apartment buildings including 2 staircases in each and one apartment. He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again. I'm considering having them done every 6 months to increase the carpets longevity. "Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.

"I have a 1920's tudor house. Believe it or not, two of the bathrooms are original (except for a pedestal sink). The mosaic floor tile and 6"square wall tile were as clean as we could get them, but certainly no where near fresh. The grout was just old, cracked and stained. Declan and his team did a beautiful job cleaning, repairing and regrouting walls and floors in both bathrooms. I appreciated Declan's care. He knows tile. A significant number of wall tiles fell off when the team replaced a soap dish. I did not even hear about the extra repair work until the job was done, on time, on budget, no surprises. Declan pays attention to every little detail. He was on the job for two days all day. His team did really hard, beautiful work and left the house spotless. I could not be more pleased."
