"HBA finished the job, but overcharged me by an insane amount. They also left chips and marks on my walls and broke my light switch plate (they replaced it with a smaller one and didnâ  t tell me). HBA were here for less than an hour and I told them the issue at hand, where it was coming from and how my house electricity is laid out, but they still beat around the bush to â  troubleshoot.â  Theyâ  d rather overcharge and lose me as a customer than be respectable and reasonable to keep me as a long term client. Find a electrician thatâ  ll do the job right and fast at a reasonable cost and whoâ  s delicate with their work. Iâ  m a nice guy, but I will be honest when I need to so other folks can prevent hiring under-satisfactory work."

"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"The work was extremely well done and the fan looks terrific -- better than I could have imagined. The wire molding is barely noticeable, and will be even less so after I paint it to match the wood on my ceiling., and the canopy is nearly flush against the ceiling and I'm very happy with it.  About an hour into the job, I noticed that the workmen were not running the wire molding in the pattern I had wanted, and when I mentioned this to them, they stopped instantly, called the main office, ran a quick errand to get an extra part they would need to do the job as I wanted it, were back in a few minutes and redid the wire molding exactly to my specifications.  This amazing responsiveness alone is reason enough for me to recommend this company extremely highly.  They were very sensitive to my concerns about how the final installation would look and took a lot of time to explain all the options to me and to make sure I was happy with the final result.  I'm the kind of homeowner that gets pretty nervous when work is being done on my place, especially when it will affect how things look. I'm definitely on the compulsive side and I can be a difficult customer.  Roman and his crew were very understanding and assured me that I would be happy with the final result, and they were right.  I would definitely use them again.  I'm already thinking of hiring them next year to install another ceiling fan in my second bedroom!  I will have to have a small bit of plaster work done to repair the section of wall where they cut a hole to connect to the existing electric lines, but Roman was very clear with me from the beginning that if any cutting away of drywall was required, they would not repair that.  I've heard that from other electricians, too, and that seems to be standard practice for the industry.  So next time I have a handyman over, I'll have him take care of that.  I don't mind because the installation itself was done flawlessly!"

"They are fabulous people. We called him in the morning and he was there that afternoon and tweaked it up. The price was reasonable. They put in a new socket and rewired the lighting fixture. He's very good, he does a lot of walking through and sometimes he will make suggestion. He doesn't try to dis-sway you but he does give you information so you can make intelligent decisions. He would tell me if what I have is adequate for what I want to do instead of just trying to make money from extra work. It's an old house from the late 1950s so I had him add more lines."
