He checked lines, voltage etc. way beyond the call of duty! Ring determined the kit may be defective! He still installed everything to enable me to merely switch out the kit once it came! Very professional, efficient and kind! The system came on line by itself 4 hrs Later!?"

"Quoted me $1,200 for running 3 wires to the kitchen and putting in an outlet. Wiring an existing outlet, and putting our existing dishwasher on one of the newly run circuits. Also included in the job was converting our stairway light to a 3way switch at the top and bottom. We had a ceiling fan on a switch in the bedroom and wanted a switch to control it from the other side of the room as well. The electrician cut 6 holes in the walls and ceiling to hook the bedroom fan to the additional 3way switch, and two holes in the stairway to hook that up. Each switch plate had drywall damage around the edges. After the job was completed I asked him if he was willing to repair the holes in the walls and he laughed and said "Not for $1,200 dollars." So I was left to repair the holes and the damage around four switch plates. He left me the four inch of dry wall but took the under laying four inch disk shiplap wood that I needed for the repair. After three days telling me he would drop them off snd not showing up I called him on Friday and he told me "Monday, I would come to repair the holes at no charge." Needless to say, he never showed up."

However, that morning, he called to say he was ahead of schedule, and did I still want him to come as early as possible.  Very helpful. <br /> He quickly installed the new outlet I asked for in my garage, and figured out why an outlet in our family kept shorting out.  Yes, perhaps I could ultimately have done these things myself, but he did them quickly, efficiently, and right the first time. <br /> He also spent some time with me (at my request) to talk about my options for upgrades to my main electrical panel, advising as to cost, disruption, where digging would be required, etc. <br /> I would definitely call him again - and will be doing so shortly.  I have another small project that I'd like to get his skills working on, and that reminded me that I needed to do this review! <br /> <br /> <br />"
