"My roof was completed satisfactorily, however, they damaged my air conditioning unit and would not take responsibility for the damage and this cost me over $4000. Therefore, I am very unhappy with their service. A copper pipe was broken which caused a leak of freon which caused my compressor to break, necessitating the replacement of the entire unit. They said we had no proof that they caused the damage but there is no other reasonable explanation. It was not broken before they came, and it was broken right after they left and no one else in the house could have done it. They hid behind the fact that I could not prove it and that cost me $4000. Trash was thrown from the root to my neighbor’s yard and it was left for over a week. Roofing nails left in the driveway ruined a front tire and a new pair had to be purchased. Ok with the roof sloppy everywhere else. I am taking them to small claims court."
