Our 13 step service : Pressure wash and remove all mildew : We pressure wash your house from top to bottom removing all dirty areas and use a bleach solution to remove and kill all mildew. Scrape and sand any flaking paint: All bubbling , flaking , and peeling paint will be thoroughly prepped so the paint will adhere. Patch cracks in stucco : When it comes to Patching all stucco Top Quality painters make sure that all cracks and holes are properly patched using an elastomeric stucco patch. Resetting all loose nails : We Reset all of your loose nails in siding and prime rusted ones. Caulking : We properly caulk and seal around all windows , door frames and trim.
